1. Services
We provide job discovery, candidate profile and resume tools, application tracking, recruitment screening, interview support, employer job-posting tools, candidate forwarding, and related consultancy services. Plan benefits and validity are displayed before payment.
We are a recruitment intermediary and consultancy. We do not guarantee that a candidate will receive an interview, offer, or employment, or that an employer will successfully hire a candidate.
2. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate and current information, protect your login credentials and OTPs, and promptly report unauthorised account activity. You may not impersonate another person, submit false qualifications, create fraudulent jobs, scrape data, interfere with the platform, or use the service unlawfully.
3. Candidate and employer conduct
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of resumes, experience, salary expectations, availability, and documents. Employers are responsible for company details, job descriptions, compensation disclosures, interview conduct, legal hiring compliance, and final employment decisions.
We may review, edit for clarity, pause, reject, or remove misleading, incomplete, unlawful, discriminatory, suspicious, or expired content.
4. Plans, fees, and placement charges
Paid plans are activated after successful payment confirmation and remain valid for the period shown on the subscription page. Services may include interview information, resume support, guidance, scheduling support, or priority assistance as described for the purchased plan.
Where displayed and accepted, a placement consultancy charge equivalent to 15 days of the candidate's salary may apply after successful placement. Any plan amount described as an adjustable advance will be handled according to the applicable plan communication and payment record.
5. Payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payment completion is subject to the payment gateway and issuing bank. Users must not initiate an unjustified chargeback after receiving the agreed service; genuine payment or service disputes should first be raised with us.
6. Intellectual property and content
The platform design, software, branding, workflows, and original content belong to Arjun Consultancy or its licensors. Users retain responsibility for content they submit and grant us permission to process and display it only as needed to provide the service.
7. Suspension and limitation
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, non-payment, security threats, false information, or violations of these terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for employer decisions, candidate conduct, indirect losses, third-party outages, or events beyond reasonable control.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts having jurisdiction in Ballari, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over unresolved disputes.
